My passion for baking and cooking began at a young age, as soon as I was able to be in the kitchen. Some of my favorite memories are of helping my mom bake pastries during the holidays and special occasions — measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and watching the oven like it was magic. Over time, what started as a hobby became a skill I truly fell in love with, and now I’ve taken over that role in the house, proudly baking for my entire family. Being in the kitchen has always felt like a creative outlet, a place where I can express myself and bring others joy through something homemade.

This small business came to life out of a challenge I faced — I applied to over a dozen places for a summer job and didn’t hear back from any of them. Instead of waiting around, I decided to turn my passion into something real. I saw an opportunity to create and share my baked goods while also building something of my own. As a 17-year-old high school student and first-generation college-bound senior, this business is more than just a side project — it’s a step toward my future. Every sale helps me grow not only as a young entrepreneur but also supports my goal of saving for college and pursuing a career in the medical field.
